Winning a Festival award can be life-changing for a filmmaker and can bring attention to the impactful stories that might not have otherwise reached wider audiences. Films in both the documentary and dramatic competition categories are eligible for a variety of awards bestowed by our juries, made up of individuals with original and diverse viewpoints.

We ask that everyone in the Festival community including artists, audiences, volunteers, press, industry, staff, etc. does their part in creating an environment that is welcoming to all. In order to provide such an environment, one must be: 1. Inclusive and respectful of people of every race, ethnicity, gender identity/expression, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, age, physical appearance and body size, language spoken, and immigration or economic status. 2. Abstain from hate speech or actions of any kind, including the abuse of chat functions. 3. Mindful of the personal space and boundaries of others by avoiding unwelcome sexual attention, harassment, stalking, and inappropriate physical contact of any kind. 4. Respectful of moderators, artists, and audience members by refraining from sustained disruption of screenings, sessions, talks, or other events. 5. Considerate of the work of artists by refraining from phishing and pirating the work of Jelly Bean Jr. Production filmmakers

Rules & Regulations

Rules & Terms Carefully read before submitting your project. By submitting your project to Jelly Bean Jr. Productions Film Festival, you acknowledge and agree that you shall be bound by these terms. 1. Films made in languages other than English must have English subtitles otherwise they will be rejected. 2. Each fee is non-refundable. Fees will not be reimbursed if the submitter decides to withdraw their submission. 3. We are hereby granted the rights to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted for promotional purposes of the festival. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby understands and accepts these requirements, rules, and regulations. 4. No inquiries or arguments will be entertained regarding non-selected films. The decision of the selection committee will be final. 5. We may without advance notice amend these Rules & Terms from time to time. Each amendment shall become effective immediately. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates. Shorts may be submitted from 1 minute up to 39 minutes and feature films will need to be from 40 minutes to 210 minutes long. No porn, nudity vulgarity, or blasphemy. Films with a lot of PROFANITY will not be accepted as well. If you're concerned with the profanity in your film please email us before submitting it.
